Can you fix ANYTHING?
YES - 9 times out of 10 we can fix it. But there are some instances where another skillset or specialized license is required. If we can't fix it, we'll be 100% honest with you and help you find the right specialist for the job.
Do you accept credit cards?
YES - we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX).
Can you guarantee your work?
YES - we have a ONE YEAR PRO guarantee on all work we complete. If it isn't right, we'll come back and make it right - free of charge! Parts and/or materials are typically guaranteed by the manufacturer or supplier, so in the event of a part or material failure, we will go through the manufacturer or supplier for the guarantee.
Do you provide free estimates?
We do provide free estimates for larger projects. For smaller projects we charge a flat service fee to review the project - which will include the first hour of service.
Are there any jobs too small?
NO! We do not turn down small jobs. But we do have a standard service fee for coming to your home or business, which includes the first hour of service.
Are there any jobs too large?
Typically, no, but if it is we will be honest with you upfront. We have completed full demo and renovations of distressed/foreclosed properties - that needed everything from drywall, new kitchens & bathrooms, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work.

YES - HIC# PA154676 and we are fully insured.
What’s your service area?
We provide service within a 70 mile radius of Reading PA. This includes Berks County, Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Lancaster County, Lebanon County, Lehigh County, Schuylkill County, and Montgomery County.
Can you provide emergency repair service?
YES - we can provide 24/7 emergency service.
Do I need to be present?
For the initial inspection, YES.
For any service: If we are completing an exterior job you will not need to be there. We can take pictures and text/email them to confirm service has been completed. If it is an interior job, you will need to provide us access to your home/business by some means, so that we can perform service. Many of our clients provide us with keys and access codes so that we can access your home/business in the event of an emergency, and/or to perform work while you're away.
